Defrosting method
Take Plant-Based Ground Meat out of the freezer and put it in the fridge 8 hours before using or soak it in water until thawed. Use it for cooking within 48 hours and keep it in the fridge if you do not use it up.

Deep fry Plant-Based Laab Bites in heated oil over medium-high heat for 1.00 -1.30 minutes.
Air Fryer:
Fry Plant-Based Laab Bites in Air Fryer at 180 °C for 3.00 – 3.30 minutes.
Microwave:
Take Plant-Based Laab Bites out from packaging and heat for either : 30 sec at 1,300W or 55 sec at 800W
